Return and Exchange Policies

  •  Do you offer refunds?

    We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor invested in crafting each product. The order is not valid for a return as each outfit is made to order, however you can request for a size exchange by reaching out to us. In which case you need to courier the outfit back to us. In genuine cases of fulfillment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, store credits will be issued to you via email. These store credits will be provided in the form of a coupon with a one-year validity. Every single piece designed and produced by HOH goes through rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards. We strive to deliver products of the finest quality and craftsmanship.
