Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at admin@hausofhandmade.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Our team will assist you with the cancellation process and share any necessary instructions.

Refunds

At Haus of Handmade (HOH), every piece is crafted with care and made to order. Due to the time and labor involved:

Refunds are not offered
Orders are not eligible for returns

However, in genuine cases such as fulfilment errors (incorrectly shipped or missing items), we will issue store credits:

Credits will be sent to your registered email ID
Issued in the form of a coupon
Valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Important guidelines:

We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order
Please keep your Order Number and Email ID ready for a smooth process
The product must be couriered back to us
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
