Refund/ Exchange Policy 

  •  How can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at admin@hausofhandmade.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will assist you with the cancellation process and provide any necessary instructions.

  •  Do you offer refunds?
    We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor invested in crafting each product. The order is not valid for a return as each outfit is made to order, however, in genuine cases like in case of a fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, store credits will be issued to you on your email ID in the form of a coupon with one year validity from the date of issue.

  •  Size Exchange 
    In case of product size exchange, please write to us at admin@hausofhandmade.com with subject: SIZE EXCHANGE.

    We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of order about your intent to exchange of the product. We request you to keep your 
    Order no. and E-mail ID readily available to you for a hassle-free process.

  • In which case you need to courier the outfit back to us. Return shipping charges will be applicable and will be bore by the customer.
