Delivery

Haus of Handmade ships free to all pin codes across India. Every order is dispatched within 10–15 working days from our Noida atelier — handcrafted pieces take time to make right. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.

Tracking

You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Deliveries typically arrive 3–5 days after dispatch.

Size Exchange

We offer easy size exchange within 7 days of delivery. If the size doesn't fit, write to us at hello@hausofhandmade.com or call +91-8800103552 and we will arrange a pickup and re-dispatch at no extra charge.

Returns

We accept returns on items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please share photos within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hausofhandmade.com.
