Refunds
We do not offer any refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into making each product. However, in genuine cases like in case of a fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, store credits will be issued to you on your email ID in the form of a coupon with one year validity from the date of issue. Every single piece designed & made by Haus of Handmade goes through proper quality checks ensuring the best quality of the product.
Delivery
The delivery will be initiated in 10-15 working days for dispatch. Prepaid Orders will be given priority over Cash on Delivery orders.
Exchanges & Return
In case of product size exchange, please write to us at contact@hausofhandmade.com with subject: SIZE EXCHANGE.
We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of order about your intent to exchange of the product. We request you to keep your Order no. and Email ID readily available to you for a hassle-free process.
Please note that we don't accept exchange and refund on:
- Products ordered during Sale applying discounts
- Customized Product orders
Haus of Handmade holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer or in case of accessories and removal of tags.
